There is no place anywhere on Earth that takes my mind away from work other than Brundidge, Alabama... Or I like to call Tennille.
It was a fun, yet eventful weekend.

One Interesting Woman

      Recently I visited LA and I had the pleasure of meeting a very inspiring woman in the fashion industry. What was even better is that she was down-to-earth, funny, talented, and most of all....I could tell immediately her heart was huge!! 
      She owns a fabulous vintage company called, "The Way We Wore". Her name is Doris Raymond. I really felt as if I could have spent hours with her in that fabulous room of designs. She was also recently named "Fashion Innovator of the Year" by Harper's Bazaar. 

The most fabulous vintage store I have ever visited.

St. John Family Vacation

I recently traveled with my parents and Fox to St. John. We had so much fun. Now I am back, in design mode for work, and ready to take on 2012. Here are a few pictures of the fabulous time I had with my sweet family.

This happens often in the office...well and with my mother, but I am starting to get used to it, because sometimes it is definitely positive.

I honestly sometimes have to set my timer on my phone....I just don't want to forget the one who has always been there for me. 

I have always feared failure, but I do think I have lived my life as if I didn't.

Enough said.

Some of the wisest people I have ever spent time with are those that have been through something that challenged them. Challenging times sometimes bring out the best in people.

I would have to say in 2011 I was so blessed, but I am ready for 2012.  Here is to good friends and good family... and here is to 2012! I have loved the above quotes and can't wait to recap 2011with all of the pictures.
